These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the Sleeping Zen® website.

Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, the photographs and descriptions are not contractually binding.

Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Price
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. Sleeping Zen® reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Responsibility
Sleeping Zen® cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. However, when the customer is a consumer, they benefit from the mandatory protections provided by the legislation of the country in which they have their habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority before any legal action is taken.
