Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

Delivery times then vary depending on the destination and are generally between 7 and 14 working days.

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

For all return requests, please contact our service department via the Support page. Instructions will be sent to you by email.

Once the product has been received and checked, the refund is made within a maximum of 7 days.
